Client Machine(s) System Requirements
  • Pentium III 800-MHz or higher processor
  • Windows 2000 up to Windows XP SP3 Operating System
  • Minimum of 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM
  • 128 megabytes (MB) of available hard disk space
  • GroupWise v5.x or higher (32 bit version), Outlook or 2007 (Outlook 2003 is not supported for versions of ContactWise since 7.4)
Database Server Machine System Requirements
  • P4 Class Server or higher
  • Minimum of 1 GB of RAM
  • Minimum of 1 GB free Hard Drive Space (Expandable as needed)

And One of the Following:

MS SQL Server

  • Windows 2000 Server Operating System or higher
  • SQLServer 2000 Database.

PostgreSQL *

  • RedHat Or SUSE operating system (kernel 2.4 or higher) *
  • Unix (contact GroupLink for supported versions)
  • Windows 2000 Server or higher
  • PostgreSQL database version 7.3 or higher *

Oracle

  • RedHat Or SUSE operating system (kernel 2.4 or higher) *
  • Unix (contact GroupLink for supported versions)
  • Windows 2000 Server or higher
  • Oracle 9i
Authentication Requirements
  • GroupWise 6.5 or higher, Outlook 2007 for persistent identity management
  • X.500 Compliant Directory with LDAP support (for optional ContactWise Security, anonymous binding through port 389)

  • Windows 2000 or higher Operating System
  • Minimum of 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM
  • (optional) GroupWise v6.x or higher
  • (optional) Outlook 98 or higher (32 bit version)
  • Internet Explorer v6.0 or higher
User Requirements
  • Email address capable of receiving SMTP email (from SMTP server listed in Server Requirement Section)

Server Machine System Requirements

  • P4 class server or higher
  • Minimum of 1 GB of RAM
  • Minimum of 100 MB of free hard drive space (Expandable as needed)
  • Wireless-enabled mobile device
  • Java SE Development Kit (JDK 6 update 14)
  • Tomcat 6.0.18 *

And One of the Following:

  • Microsoft
    • Windows 2000 Server Operating System or higher
  • Linux
    • RedHat Or SUSE operating system (kernel 2.4 or higher) *
  • Netware
    • Netware 6.5 SP5 or higher
